- It was an OK book, not excellent but it certainly met the demands of the course. The only donwsida of the book was that it occasionally felt as if the same issues were brought up in several chapters withour really contributing through adding value.» (well written)

- I used them a little bit, just to see what"s most important. But, they were not very clear.» (somewhat useful)

Genomsnitt: 3.3 - I believe this is an introductury course on logistics and supply chain management, there should certainly be a whole lot more that could be covered, but I presume that part is available in other courses we are able to take after having completed this one.» (Just about right on average)

Genomsnitt: 3.8 - Väldigt röriga föreläsningar. Sedan är fyra timmar i sträck i samma ämne på tok för mycket. Bättre med att dela upp det i två olika lektioner. » (rather poor)

- They were good, especially contributing are real-life examples, they make the course more applicable and understandable as well as it increases intrest.» (very good)

11. Which parts of the course did you find difficult?- To work together in such a big group from all over the word (5 ppl, 5 cultures) in the project. I suppose it was good for learning. But one could never attend the meetings, which is frustrating. Also, I feel the result was not very good. But maybe much wasn"t expected from us cause we got a good grade anyway.»
- Projektet kändes lite skumt. Man generar inget själv utan det blev mer eller mindre ett klipp och klistra projekt. Ett sånnt som man gör på gymnasiet.»

- the term paper was a little bit to hard to get started into the right direction, but it finally worked out pretty good.»
- Some of the calculations seemed a bit unlogical, but that is a general view of economical calculations as compared to engineering or physics calculations. The problem wasn"t the calculations themselves, it was easy math and quite easy to remember which formula to use were but the book could explain some of the formulas better, or perhaps you could make a document that has the relevant formulas listed.»
- the project took quite a lot of time and at the end not that much time was left to study all those chapters, considering that I was taking another coures too, with an other project to do and stuff to study. »

- However, I felt that the teacher at the exercise when the calculations were handled wasn"t well prepared. E.g. he had made an error (forgot about the tied-up-capital due to safety stock), which is ok, but he didn"t recognize he was wrong and just told us to "calculate this way on the exam and you will pass" without explaining why. The exercise should be more about understanding and not just about calculating without thinking. But I"m sure it will turn out this way if only the teacher is a bit more prepared. Otherwise I think the teaching was very good, all the way from lecturers and tutoring to the beer game. Good job! » (Good)

- The difficulty level of the exam could have been increased, especially the calculations could have been made more demanding, however, one of the calculations took way, way too long an time. It was not difficult but was extremely time consuming, not OK. It is OK if an exam is demanding but it is not justified to make an task so time consuming when it is not more difficult than it was.» (adequate)

15. Other comments/suggestions for how the course can be improved?- Not really, just improved calculation exercise, as mentioned earlier. It is a good balance othwerise between reading, calculations, project, beer game and so on. »

- Students studied very hard and the exam seemed fair but there was very few who got grade 5. May be strictness in making was too high»
