- preparation for some class was not so well as we expect from you. you are so good in every thing so every time students demands your usual well prepared for the course because in our last year course you way of teaching was so wonderful and keep it up.»
- I will give 99 score for the course but it could be 100 if the teacher can dress up more fashionable.»

- I don"t see any sense in writing all the questions on blackboard without answering all of them. Instead of writing them all (as some people used to write dumb questions), Sverker might choose the best and open a literature seminar with those questions. » (Good)

- Time schedule is tight, but one should also reply via e-mails, because e-mails are the way of communication, otherwise what is the function of havinf e-mail?» (Rather good)
- We had more than enough opportunities for supervision but my group used only one. Why? It was impossible as the time for writing term paper and the deadline were too short.» (Very good)

- It was good that time was kept strict as people otherwise never learn to keep time. There were to many presentations at the same day making it very difficult to get something out of it. » (Poor)
- Too many on too short a time. Maybe divide into groups, where everyone for sure reads all reports.» (Poor)
- 10 minutes for group presentations are very less. One can not present effectively in these 10 minutes and listeners can not get effectively in 10 minutes. » (Adequate)
- No use to listen all presenations. All nine presentations in only one day was nonsense. It`s time consuming and not useful at all. But all students must be prepared for possible presentation of their work! » (Adequate)
- As the presentations were too short (due to time limitation), it was impossible to get the presenter"s point unless you had read their term paper beforehand. » (Adequate)
- it would have been more interesting if the best projects were presented and from there have discussions. Or at least do that on the projects that were similiar...I heard like 3 presentations about resistance...and maybe 5!! about Six Sigma in Volvo last semster?» (Good)

19. To what extent did the individual guest lectures contribute to your learning?


- I missed the Sara Olen and Harald stubert- Ericsson lecture»
- 1) Sari Scheinberg was energetic in the start, but lecture becomes dull in the last. 2) I like the guest lecture by Sara, but it was little abstract.»
- Scania presentation was too boring (production specific) for some students coming from other programs than TQM, but this lecture was the most comprehensive among other and the guest lecturer had put a huge effort in discussion.»

- For the final term paper, i think it could be better that if we can have the chance to take a grasp look at what the other groups are going to write about. Like to make a list once each group"s topic is made.»
- More lectures on basic theory of quality. Most theory taught in the class are too advanced, difficult to follow up if the students come from different program.»
- I think the most important thing is to help students to understand in the begining of the course that this is not a structural course, but its a open course enhancing learning, if this could be dont then the class wont expect detailed schedual and specific topics to be discussed in the class»
- It was a really nice course, little messy but not so much to change my overall impression of the course.»
