- I expected a bit more real world examples. Not only a quite known success stories. Some external from industries talking about their experience with setting up a product line would have been nice.» (Yes, the goals seem reasonable)

- The course book is very boring and hard to read. Removing/changing the book should be considered.» (Small extent)
- Didn"t buy the book, but I have read the articles. They were boring but helpful and probably necessary.» (Some extent)
- Mostly the hand-outs not the book so much. A lot of spelling mistakes that should not be in a course book was a really minus.» (Large extent)

- Very well done indeed. Well, I haven"t seen nor passed the exam just yet but I think it"ll be alright since everything else have been.»
- Too many models, some of them should be removed. Also many models that explain the same stuff in different ways, not needed either.»
