- The group works and questionnaire were good but the written exam didn"t feel like a good way to measure the acquired knowledge. The indicator of written exam results might not be valid for measuring the goal fulfillments... Maybe better to focus more on group works which more directly measure goal fulfillment.» (To some extent)

- A bit too stressful during the last quarter perhaps. Could have been distributed equally during the two quarters!» (Adequate)
- Would be better to have more even workload. Well that is of course up to us however. I don"t know if there was a purpose of having most deadlines so late?» (Adequate)

- I feel i have learnt something. The things that i want to remember are on a rather high level of abstraction though. Therefore i didn"t like the written exam that asked on too a detailed level. I think it"s better to apply the knowledge by doing other assignments instead.» (Good)

- Actually it"s still not clear to me about the connection between metatheory and the research design and why it matters. More concrete examples would make it easier (maybe you did that earlier but then i don"t remember)» (I disagree)

- The group presentations of different theories.»
- The group works were interesting and you learned a lot from them. Good that tasks where distributed so everyone didnt do the same thing. Made the presentations much more interesting»

42. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The deadlines for the assignments should be spread out.»
- The balance of workload between quarter1 and quarter2 wasnt that good. If possible this could be tweaked somewhat.»
- the written exam. Especially the multiple-choice questions. It was very hard to answer when there were words like "often", "very", etc. And i"m doubtful to the metatheory part. Maybe that"s a bit beyond what we need to know.»
- Group works 2 and 3 could be moved to the 1st quarter along with KJ Shiba, taht would offer more time to build a better Questionnaire.»
- the length of the course - i.e. 1 quarter not 2»

- Too many things in the course. Too messy. In the beginning was difficult to understand what is the point of the course. »
- The things i take with me from the course are mainly to be critical about data and conclusions, and to think, so that i don"t get bad data and conclusions myself.»

- hehe, I thought it was hard to know how to grade the "a lot"-questions. Maybe i agreed to the question if it hadn"t said "a lot" and i think people will answer differently because of different perception of "a lot". Maybe some construct validity problem ,) have a bloody good summer mate! Keep up the australian accent on your a"s mate!» (Skillful)
