- openmp was good to know after all. »
- Thomas should supervise the labs. He did that very well.»

17. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The book: too old and too big.»
- More robust lab codebase. Preferably a connection to a modern perallel computer like a modern small scale dual socket multicore as well as cover modern super computer and cluster without imposing too much on the rest of the course timewise. Just asking for a better bridge between the book and the situation today.»
- The labs were somewhat just click and wait. Does not feel so satisfying running the same code with different inputs on different configs when the runtime is so long. A lot of time is spent waiting and does not leave enough for analysis.»
