- Individual literature project, including supervision and the ability of choosing the most interesting article. Andreas lectures and ppts were well structured and the calculation exercises were good.»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- A lot of the lecture slides only contained an image, which was okay while at the lecture. But when studying for the exam it was very hard to remember what the intention of the image was. More key points are needed.»
- More information about laboration, what to do, the description was vague.»
- The course literature is way too extensive compared to what is covered in the course. The reading list probably included about 600-700 pages, when all you needed was covered in the slides. When I wanted additional information however it was hard to find what was needed, I ended up googling instead. Some powerpoints need to be more clear and pedagogic. The ppt of lecture 5 was a mess with too much text. Some slides inlcudes only a heading and a picture, which is okay at the lecture, but you won"t remember what the key points were a few weeks later. »

16. Additional comments

- Without much background in cells and biology it is hard to follow some concepts and ideas that seemed obious for others. With this level it would be good to mention that some courses in biology are prerequisite or important to have»
- According to rules at Chalmers the exam is supposed to be anonymous.»
- A collection of more calculation exercises/tutorials could be good.»
