- It seemed more like a 7,5 point course than a 6 point, but you should rather "steal" some point from the other courses than remove something from the course» (High)
- I very much like the idea about the host company and that the students get insight in different areas of the same company. However the coordination lacks between the different courses which makes the students stressed. The workload for OPC might not be too high and I think that students studying a master program should manage to plan and prioritize between three courses but everything gets a bit mixed up and confused which have the effect that the workload seems higher than it actually is.» (High)

- I think that the course still feel like a 7,5 p course even though it is supposed to be 6. The overall workload this semester has been higher than any semester I"ve had before. I studied one year of master-courses before this semester so I"m not comparing it with the bachelor workload. It somehow feels that the Term Paper was added upon the other courses, without removing elements from theese courses.» (No, the goals are set too high)

- Think it would be good with more discussion question like the ones on the exam during lectures. Since the exams was very much connecting the dots, but not so discussed during lectures. Lectures mainly are about concepts but not the whole picture.» (To some extent)

- OPC i think is relevant but the wide range of calculations dosent seems to be that relevant. Should be more focus on planing enviroment and adopting OPC strategy to different context» (Rather relevant)
- It is a very interesting course and you definitely get insight of the complexity of planning and controlling the operations. However since the whole course is based on a model developed by a teacher it would be interesting to discuss other models as well. » (Rather relevant)
- I think this is the one of the best courses given at the SCM program. It connects all different areas that are touched upon in different courses. However, it felt like time was too short to really understand the topic and many different parts were touched upon rather shallow. » (Very relevant)

- But more discussions and connecting the concepts than just talking about them during lectures.» (Some extent)
- Lectures should be longer. That is, cover once chapter per lecture otherwise all learning relies (as it did) on the book.Since they are so tight and fast it is very hard to make notes of everthing the teacher said. So when we get to review them, they are just bullet points for the student. The book is supossed to be used in depth as well and I agree but if the lecture does not cover all then it is hard to know what is expected to grasp from the book. Furthermore, with the lectures only it is not be enough for even passing the exam.» (Some extent)
- There is so many different concepts so sometimes it has felt that it is easier to just read the book since only the lectures cut it, you still need the detail-level in the book as well!» (Some extent)

- The lectures could have been more detailed for all the methods in OPC. It feels like we wee given an overview at the lectures and then was supposed to know very detailed information at the exam and in the assignments. - When having discussion questions I sugest that you ask the students to give the answers, and writing it down on the black-board rather than just show the answers on a slide. The answer slide could still be there but if you want the students to participate, well let them.» (Some extent)

- A recommendation to Paulina is that she should have a longer time when she solves questions at the board. She only solves "easy" questions, but could benefit from explaining more advanced examples as well, the whole class is gathered so why not take the opportunity. Another recommendation is that when she notices that practically the whole class gets stuck on the same thing in the same question, why not raise the question and explain it to the whole classroom so that there can be a discussion around it. The exercises solved on the board are often very stressed, try to relax and do it more slovely because otherwise it is hard to keep up.» (Some extent)
- I would personally benefit from seminars that really aimed to create a good understanding of a certain topic. As it was now, four different seminars covered four different areas of quantitative planning and with each seminar covering a number of different problems, always not related. It felt like the seminars were beeing rushed through just because the aim of touching upon all areas. This, according to me, made it difficult to gain a deep understanding that was needed in order to solve the quantitative problems in the exam with satisfying results. Too many times it felt like starting from 0 understanding when starting the quantitative seminars since there is a distinction between reading the qualitative parts of the literature and understanding the calculations. » (Some extent)

- I think that the company report could be removed, and the case report could then be bigger and start earlier» (Some extent)

- I feel thet it was unnecessary that we had to write one report for OPC and one report for the "term paper - HCC" course. There could have been more collaboration between the two courses. » (Some extent)

- Too high workload in the wrong point in time. Did not help that much and since we got the results after the exam, it was hard to no weather what was written was correct or not. » (?)

- Does not provide any additional input to the learning process rather than take time and effort that could be used for self studying.» (Small extent)
- The workload is horrible. We put so many hours (approx 30h per person i.e. approx 90 hours) in to making the report and we only got 2.5 bonus points, I do not see how that adds up as we lost so many hours studying for the real exam. The chemicare case description is not good at all and it is so hard to understand what you want us to actually write. So either you make it a part of the grade (say 20%) so that the work load seems resonable or you remove the case. My personal opinion is that you should award the groups 5 bonus points just for the sake of it, as the work load has not been resonable at all. » (Small extent)

- Really bad! Too much work... We also had 2 other courses at the same time, so it was impossible to do all 3 courses well! I don"t know how you were thinking when you planned this course??» (Poor)

26. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Something should be done with the reports, maybe just keep the case report and make it bigger and start earlier instead.»
- The case could be better written to increase focus on the solving and not "trying to understand". Maximum 5 points is too little for a case of that size. »

- The host company case should be changed, and that is a matter for all the courses this semester.»
- Maybe one of the reports could be changed to a powerpoint presentation instead. Together with the other courses, especially the term paper and seminar course the emphasis on report writing takes too much time and effort. It is good to practise writing reports and be in group projects but in my opinion it is too much and too time-consuming. It would have been more useful for my own learning and understanding of the course to have more time to read course literature instead. However, the content of the cases are still interesting and important and my suggestion is therefore to maybe have a power point presentation and keep the discussions and seminars for one of the cases.»
- No host commpany case. I woul strongly recommend giving more examples during the lectures of real life and also like the ones given at the course summary, i.e. company A, company B example.»

- The double workload in the host company projects. There were too much overall (all courses) during the period and it was very hard to focus and do more than "just enough" because there were allways another project that needed attention.»
- there were a lot of assignment connected each other between compulsory courses during 2 period. It made me so confuse. Threfore, I think assignments compulsory courses is made more clear avoding to confusion. »

- Nice presentations during lecture but in general, a little hard to focus though since the long period of time. »
- This comment could be understood a bit humoristic: " We learned a lot about planning and the importance of planning. But why are two exams in the same programm, which are both mandatory, on two days in a row? It is impossible to prepare satisfying."»
