- Overall workload was fine. It was just a bit too much at the end with Troutville, MC2, and the paper. Maybe have Troutville a bit earlier» (Rather heavy)

- They were as clear as they can be. It"s not easy to be as clear as one might want to be on the subject on OB, though. » (Very clear)

- It"s so BORING to read! I skipped sometimes some paragraphs because the authors don"t go straight to the point! Too cheesy...» (Small extent)
- The course book was very good with many illustrating examples. The different tests were also interesting, especially when set into context of the group dynamics.» (Great extent)

- The three pages" limitation of Trouteville case study is not enough to exam the quality of the report work.»

- I can"t think of anything major right now, but personally I always appreciate real-life examples of concepts and theories. There have been quite a few of these examples, but more wouldn"t hurt!»
- perhaps the book, seeing that it is so difficult to get hold of. i"d much prefer reading an actual paper book!»
- Speed of lectures. They were too slow, it"s a really interesting topic so it"s sad that the lectures became so slow and boring. All activities were really good. Hierarchical about communication I like.»
- the lectures of Flamming were interesting, but too slow in my opinion. to stay awake a bit more variety would have been nice. »
- I think it would be interesting to implement the following: In one of the first classes with our groups we made bullet-points for each group member on what to work on during the course. An individual assignment in the course could be to evaluate how the work on that/those points had been. Perhaps some feedback/assistance could be facilitated by coaches/prof. mid-term as well. It would kind of be "learning by doing" related to course material and at the same time enable us to evolve and improve in wanted areas. »

- The book Shani et al is the most horible, most boring book ever. I am not surprised they have stopped printing it. I guess it never became a big seller! :D Try getting some other litterature for the next course. »
- too much at the end, seems much "lighter" in the beginning of the course. Some of the MC questions seem to be too literally from the book The book not being available in print. Hate reading on the computer or having to spend so much time trying to print and would like to have the book in print for the future»

- The multiple choice tests were a bit too detailed, some were about one sentence in the whole book and felt a bit picky.»

- The term paper doesn"t need 8 pages content at the end. Separate report immediately after each activity could be more effective for learning.»

- how about scheduling the MCTs for say 10.00 instead of 8.00 if only one hour of those slots is being used?»
- If possible, have the teachers assess student individually so that the student can reflect on their selves. Create a deeper understand of how I"m as a person»
- One of my better courses at Chalmers from an organisational viewpoint. The topic can sometimes become a little too abstract.»
- Great course! You can really tell a lot of thought and effort goes into the course by the instructors. This really helps to make the subject more engaging and interesting. »

- More information about what the troutville case is about could be good. Just what"s expected from it, on what grounds you will evaluate it and so on.»
- It would have been interesting with a section of conflict handling in the course.»
