4. Were there any elements missing in the course?

- Yes, in each powerpoint for the lecture there was a picture of the service profit chain. I would propose that this page would be in the beginning of each lecture and that the lecturer should explin how todays lecure relate to some part of the chain.»

- That the there is a chance to change in the group report after the opposition.»

5. What, if anything, do you think should be changed in the course?

- The Mats Holm lecture slides, to much information on each slide! Having the group assignement presentation more early.»
- Guest lecturers are not as good as Jan"s lectures. The volume was very huge. I do believe that the course should cover less chapters of the book.»
- Change the opposition to just presentation, or change so there is a chance to make changes in the report after the opposition.»
