- The lectures were very interesting and inspiring! I also liked that the laborations all had strong connections to the course content. I felt like the labs helped me to understand rather than just intensifying the work load.»

- For the first lab, enzymatic browning in apple, ALL lab groups did the lab at the same time in the same room. This was way too many people crowded together. Utterly chaotic. Divide the lab into two days! »

- I feel like I misunderstood the seminar-work completely(but I don"t mean that it wasn"t a good task!). I interpreted it to be an analytical task more than getting an indepth understanding for a special topic. I think that it would have been good to get some feed back on the presentation slides before the acutal presentation to avoid missunderstandings. »

- It felt like it was too many subjects in too little time that were handled during this course. It was hard to understand the more complicated details, e.g. many of the reactions. For us who don"t really remember our organic chem. it would have been good if the reactions were explained more thorougly. Maybe it"s possible to take away some lecture and instead use the time to go through the other ones more in detail? Also, there were too many details on the exam. Questions about more general mechanisms would have been appreciated.»

- Good course bur the exam did not take up nearly all the things that seemed important during the lectures. Confusing with 3 different textbooks.»
- Some exam questions felt too specific, maybe wider questions could have been applied where it could be questions telling if you have understood the bigger picture and not how well you remember a lot of specific details.»
- The exam was very detailed. Maybe put more emphasis into telling the students to really comprehend what"s going on, becasuse I perceived that many of us had the right ideas but was difficult to write down the details in the exam.»

- It would have been useful to have a Q&A session before the exam. For example in week 7 where nothing was sceduled.»
- I need to self study and appear in the exams in Jan 2013, it class was a time clash with another subject (course)»
