- The examination tested how much one can learn by heart, rather than how well you have understood the course.» (No, not at all)
- I do not really understand why you should know so manny derivations by heart. It is more interesting to show that you have captured the concepts and know how to apply them.» (To some extent)
- I miss a basic formula sheet, When deriving the equation ore explaining the conditions it is hard to remember the formula. In my opinion a basic formula sheet will be helpful if you dont have the knowledge in material mechanincs.» (Yes, definitely)

- The lectures could be a bit clearer. Sometimes the lecture and the pre-made notes are not in the same order and that makes it a bit messy to see whats happening...» (Large extent)

- 4 hours lecture with pure overhead slides is maybe not the most effective way.» (Rather bad)
- Lecture presentations was presented in a way that made it easy to understand most of the time. But sometimes it got a bit out of sync with the notes.» (Very good)

- The reports could have been broaden a bit by adding derivations of needed algorithms. In some cases it was a little bit too much copy-past in order to get the code up and running.» (Rather good)
- The difficulty of the assignments are just about perfect. Programing was not to hard or to easy and the results are easy to understand...» (Very good)

- The dugga is a very good way for examination of the theory in the course. But the exam is not. The best solution is to remove the exam and grade the assignments instead. Or consider the possibility to have written formulas for the models and have a more problem based exam where one identify errors and explain model behaviuor rather than learning questions by heart.» (Rather bad)

- Not because of this course but the other course was organized in a very bad way...» (Too high)
- My two courses summed up in 4 projects, 2 duggas and 2 exams. Deadlines where often very close to one and other leaving little time for studies apart from all different examinations.» (Too high)

- Make another type of written examn.»
- The concept of free energy and dissipation could be outlined a little bit more earlier in the course since these are key stones in further derivations for all models discussed. Perhaps a template model could be discussed, what are the needed equations in order to get results such as stress response etc.»

- It is a very theoric course, therefore, taking 4 consecutive lectures is hard»
