- The connection between the companies and the academic world is excellent. But it might be hard to cover all the topics studied in the lectures.» (Some extent)

- Comparing to the two first reading periods last fall, this was like a vacation. A bit wierd distribution since the courses shall reflect the same amount or credits and therefor the same amount of time put in, which they absolutely doesn"t.» (Low)
- ok, but the courses should have synced that their assignments due-date...wasent all the same week. overall good workload...only concentrated around the same time» (Adequate)

- I believe that one should aim at establishing healthy relationships with important clients. Besides this fact, which I could conclude by myself, I don"t think the course gave me any insights in the topic, which is a bit poor in my opinion.» (Fair)
- The course was well structured from an administrative point of view and Kajsa is a good teacher. However, from an academic point of view I"m sorry to say that I don"t really know what I have learnt or when to use it.» (Adequate)
- The course is good, but the content is somehow sometimes abstract and it may take some time to internalise it.» (Good)

17. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- Host Company assignment was good»
- The guest lecture with Joakim Samuelsson and Roger Schweizer.»
- Kajsa, and som guest-lecturers like bright point. assignments also»
- Excellent guest lecturers! Assignment B was really good as well as we got a chance to analyze issues within customer relationships. The structure of the lectures and its different themes was really good as well.»
- The guest lectures. »
- Assignment A »
- Guest lectures. Assignments (with some modification to the ratio: points given VS pages required.)»
- The possibility to visit companies»
- Guest lectures and assignment A»

18. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- If you want more people attending the seminars you can make them compulsory»
- The seminars structure: probably make them compulsory and prepare also the sidetrack/rollrack seminar with questions in advance, as it was programmed for the second one. Probably it would be better to divide the class in smaller groups for the seminars»
- the schedule... :) in my oppinion, I would have come to more lectures, if there were ot 4 hours long...and 8 in the morning!.. also due-dates realtive to the other courses»
- In my opinion assignment A was not that good. It was very similar to the term paper we had last fall and it only gives limited insight into a rather narrow area depending on what you write about. I think you learn more when the structure is more case based as in assignment B. Maybe it is possible to make assignment B more extensive and skip assignment A.»
- I actually don"t know. »
- The literature»
- - The number of points for the assignments compared to how many pages they were supposed to be. 12 and 8 points respectively is ridiculously low compared to how long the assignments were required to be. Unfortunately, this gave incentive to use many more words than necessary. Make the assignments shorter or increase the number of points given. -The formation of assignment work teams. It would have been better to either let everyone form their own teams or to divide the class into new teams. Doing so would increase motivation or force students to work with new people. Also, as a side note, because the term-paper & seminars-course last semester was so horribly ill-managed, working with the host company group brought back some depressing memories. »
- Maybe have more time between the hand ins for the two cases. »
- Skip assignment B. Feels like writing another term paper»

19. Additional comments

- Some of the lecture"s slides were very good and give full explanation of the topic, some others were rather generic and just redirecting the students to the course literature.»
- It would be nice to have more seminars as I think it is a good way to learn things. Especially when you discuss a case, just like we did.»
- School"s out for summer!»
- The teacher is very nice. The course is too broad, and hard to get the main idea.»
- As I am a student in Taiwan and have studied the course at distnace and not attended any seminars or lectures this evaluation should be considered separetley. »
