- Some people tend to simply sum up these hours and argue our workload is to low. But indeed, in my opinion, we spent more time on this course unconsciously by thinking about the lectures on our way back home, when we fall asleep, or in discussions with fellows at lunch or other occasions where we link the real life to the studied contented in this course. » (At most 15 hours/week)

- The question about the colour of the fidic-contracts was not appropriate in an examination, in my opinion it is nothing that is necessary to know in the future, the contents are more important. Moreover I was positively surprised that the questions were not only reproducing slides.» (To some extent)

- + overall good course with good selected content and deepness of topics , even though in some part too superficial for my taste - not transparent assessment of the literature based assignment (some useless, unclear and inappropriate comments (sandwich feedback technique?) ) ++ practical relevance!» (Large extent)

8. What is your opinion of the lectures by Jan Bröchner?

- He was talking a lot about "real" projects, I really appreciate that. I also liked the "ccr in practice" parts with discussions in the class. Nevertheless sometimes it was not possible to talk with the neighbour about lecture-contents,»

- Kind of unprepared. She seamed a bit nerveous and then it would have been easier if well prepared to be able to explain. »

- Therese should have more confidence when teaching. As she is a PhD-student I"m sure that she knows a lot about the subject but during her lecture, she gave the impression of not being comfortable in front of the class and therefore the lecture didn"t get as interesting as it could have been. »

11. What is your opinion about the construction law lecture by Josefin Engblom and Jonas Larson at Mannheimer Swartling?

- It was one of the most interesting lectures in the whole reading period. A lot of discussion was inspiring and I kept a lot of knowledge and was discussing some contents after the lecture with other students.»

- did not read»
- It only supports the lectures to small extent, Anyway it was interesting to read and the Case-studies were inspiring»
- I found it pretty good. Cannot remember why, but it was easy to understand.»

- Boring and it is hard to find important information. It does not connect with the lectures. »
- Since the book was questioned by Anna in the first lecture I havn"t bought it. The parts I read later for the exam were nicely written but the different use of terms is still a problem and actually vital for approaching the courses content.»

- As an international student from Tanzania where we follow the UK system, the Course book was quite relevant. I guess it covred all necessary aspects of contruction contracts.»

Group assignments

20. What is your opinion of the group literature assignment (usefulness, topics, length, presentation)?

- It was good for my learning»
- It is useful, sometimes it was difficult to present one topic within 2 pages. In the end I wasn"t very happy about the paper since everybody had diffrent opinions. The presentation would be better of they were graded since some groups didn"t put much effort in it.»

- Wish we gotten a bit more info on what kind of questions we should ask. In the workshop some groups were not at all on the same page as the other and that made it difficult to compare. The workshop was good but would be better if it was lead by a teacher. »

- The MOCI course takes to much time, which means that this course get a bit overshadowed and that"s a shame since I thought this course was very interesting and useful. » (High)
