- I feel like the word max is too low compared to how comprehensive the questions are and that most of the time i spent on fitting all i wanted to say into the maximum amount of words. I understand that there is a limit but it feel like the answers are really specific and to get everything in that is wanted, you have to gamble a little and you have to keep it very brief. eg a paragraph introducing the subject and a paragraph finish up at the end would be so helpful for coherency, but there is just no way to fit it in. This bothers me a little, because i want to write well, and its just not possible. Rather i try to say everything with the shortest possible sentences and elaborating as little as possible, and though that might be a good experience when i start working, i dont see how it relates to the course goals» (To some extent)
- Great way to examine the course, really put your knowledge to the test.» (I don"t know/have not been examined yet)

DfQ - Lectures and seminar
Kano model - Lectures
RDM/DfSS - Lectures and seminar
Case Supervision
Case presentations
and more..

- Good lecturer»
- very good teaching overall»
- Good, the seminars "forced" you to read and reflect over the literature which is good if you lack selfdicipline. Often good examples and interesting to see examples of the homeexam questions prior to the exam. »
- Very good. Excellent teacher.»
- Very good, is intressting to listen to. Have very good knowledge of the areas.»
- Very nice and good pedagogical work.»
- I like Ida! Though i think she makes sneaky home exams, where there really is only one right answer if you want full points»
- good lecturer, but sometimes we found the questions in literature seminar materials are a little bit confused.»
- Very good teacher!»
- Keep your voice up and really think on how your tone and pace in speaking affects the interest we students have in your topic. Sadly, every 45 minutes contained some minutes where i found it hard to follow your reasoning and hear what you are saying and I don"t find it polite asking every time that happens. Again, probably the most competent lecturer we"ve ever had at I, so this should be a quick fix really worth while. Thanks for a great course!!»

- lectures were a little long, but very knowledgeable »
- very good for answering our questions»
- Good as always»
- Always interesting and fun!»
- Was a bit unclear on the supervision, was not completely synced with »

16. Bo Bergman

DoE - Lecture

- Since he is one of the writers of the course book it is natural that ha goes through more or less exactly the same things as in the book. Unfortunately, this does not add very much to my knowledge.»
- Felt to abstract and was hard to grasph, needed Hendrys lecture to understand. »
- Nice to meet him, but we do already now basic statistics. Good repetition.»
- nice »
- Good»
- Missed this one»

19. Katarin Brantin

DfSS - Guest Lecture, SCA

- Felt like a step back, she presented methods in almost the same way as whe have learned them without adding to the understanding. »
- Should have gotten better info before the lecture. It should have been more interesting if she told us HOW they use the tools and techniques in real life. Now she got stuck in talking about all the tools...»
- a little late this lecture»
- Good»
- Good lecture but i found it hard to see a purpose of it. Might help to state a clear goal with it.»

Summarizing questions

Poor»0 0%

Adequate»1 6%
Good»11 68%
Excellent»4 25%

Genomsnitt: 4.18

- DfSS is still Fuzzy ,-)» (Good)
- Very challenging and interesting! Ida"s great but needs to speak up during lectures, otherwise she"s really the best examiner i"ve ever had.» (Excellent)

24. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- Ida, and Henry at QFD.»
- Ida»
- literature seminar, though i dont understand why they are compulsory. the quality is so much better at activities where we get to choose on our own to come »
- Home exam»
- The concept with home exam. Ida Gremyr!!»

25. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The helicopter lab.»
- I think that more cases or labs to learn more about the methods. It was during these I learned the most. Otherwise it is just the facts about the methods and not how to use them, which I think is the most important. »
- i think the home exam is too sneaky. i feel like there are specific things that you are supposed to mention, and the word limit is so tight that there is no room for mentioning anything else, so i felt like i had to gamble, "should i include this part or this part...which will ida want more". I DO like that there is a word limit, but either i think there should be bullet list of things to include, or their should be an opportunity to ask someone during the course of the exam»
- the deadline of QFD case.Since the deadlines of QFD and two other group assignments in Lars" course are very close.all the groups divided the assignments and we only participated in one or two of these three assignments and that is not good for studying »
- Clarification of the home exam»

26. Additional comments

- Interesting doing a home exam for the first time, it was more of a learning experience than I expected.»
