- Jag tycker att de frågor som var med krävde förståelse för varför saker och ting är som dom är. Sen att man inte får plats med uppgifter från alla områden är en annan sak, och där kan man ha tur om man inte lärt sig allt lika bra. - Det går lite för fort fram på vissa ställen där det är lite mer matte. Givetvis är det svårt att förmedla matte på en föreläsning så att man förstår då det tar tid. Jag skulle tycka det var bra att ha lite matte i problem session, eller dedikerade matteuppgifter som är speciellt utformade för att ge en förståelse över hur det fungerar mer än att man måste lösa något väldigt svårt problem. » (Large extent)

- Tyckte slidesen gav en klarare blick över det viktiga. Om det var något man inte förstod senare så kunde man använda boken eller internet (wikipedia). Kinesiska restsatsen är även bättre förklarad i Diskretmatteboken av Johan Jonasson och Stefan Lemurell, som IT-elever kanske fortfarande har kvar sen första året.» (Small extent)

- Onödigt jobbigt att behöva kryptera varje home assigment och retur. Det räcker med att ha med det som en uppgift i home assigment 2. - The workload was balanced. Here i would like to mention the weekly assignments which were very balanced and did not create an extra burden on the students that would have resulted in compromising other course/s. » (Adequate)
- Även om målet på chalmers är 25 timmar i veckan per kurs och jag kom upp i kanske 14, så tycker jag arbetsbördan var tillräcklig. Lägger man dom 11 timmarna på att studera mer så lär man sig det bättre och kommer att veta mer. Det ska vara upp till studenten hur mycket han vill lägga ner på studierna eftersom det i slutändan är som mål att han ska lära sig något. Så det ni kräver nu räcker för att "tvinga" alla att lära sig tillräckligt, och ni ger möjlighet för dom som vill lägga ner mer tid att göra detta genom att inte ha fler obligatoriska moment. - The programming assignment was a beast! Every single evening for that week and the whole of Friday and Saturday to manage it. I"m a bit rusty at programming and I did it alone, though.» (High)

- Total workload was between adequate and high but if told to choose between the two then i would choose Adequate. It was a little high because now every course is 7.5 credit hours therefore every teacher has increased the course content without increasing the duration in time. » (Adequate)

I would have been able to learn, attend and practice so much more if the elective courses was not schedule at the same time as the other ones. - Actually, the teachers of the other courses should look into this one and try to find something useful. It seems difficult to find something to change.»
- There are mistakes in the slides : - In assignment 5, the exercise we can inspire ourselves from is the exercise 6 (and not 7) from October 2004. - In lecture 6, page 19, the n should be a capital N. - In lecture 7, in slide "Square-root again!", in question "How to you ...", the word "to" should be a "do" :-) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! - »
- I enjoyed the course really much. Although I had 2 other courses this quarter but I attend all lectures and enjoyed it. The assistants were good, their comments on assignments motivated us a lot! Well done! :) »
