- The exam this year was a bit out of the focus that was taught in the lectures. Way too much about the processing steps. Since this is majorly a teoretical course the focus should be more teoretical. The exam last year was much closer to the course related material.» (To some extent)

- maybe it is good for us to mention details ,but i think many students have learned many basic knowledge, it is not necessary to explain in such detail» (Good)

12. What do you think of the labs?

- Some of the machines didn´,t work on the reflow and stencil pick& place labs. Didn´,t learn so much on cadlab. Program with a lot of bugs. But the labs were pretty fun and good for the learning process»
- The teacher in the flip chip lab did not explain thoroughly what was about to happen in each step. The teoretical presentation was good though.»
- Stencil printing lab could not be done due to equipment failure. »

- Processing steps that you have never seen in reality is hard to learn, and a bit pointless since u often make up your own version of what it looks like which turns out to be a complete misfit with the reality.»
