- It can"t be hard to have more order among the files. Eg labelling properly (especially the topic reports in a consistent way) and making folders for subgroups of files. Also, it should be possible to have lecture notes distributed before class. Some teacher say that they bring them in hard copies if they fail in delivering 24 hours ahead. Even better, some teachers always bring them in hard copies, but that might be waste..» (Rather badly)
- The schedule was not in time edit format but in a .doc files which i do not prefer as it is not compatible with outlook.» (Rather well)
- There were problems with the schedule since the administration didn"t use the schedule function of the webpage, but instead used a separate document. It was not always clear if that document document was updated due to changes.» (Rather well)

- The "other course" had a very high workload in question of amount of material.» (High)
- I have had to many commitments this period but the workload from Chalmers has not been to high.» (Too high)
- I believe it was way way way tooooooo high. I feel totally brainwashed in way and it seems like the school leaves farily very minor space for the students to be critical while reading and learning. The study path seems to be very frozen from the begining and no flexbility is felt. I believe it"s due to the very old methods that the teachers follow at this school. No use of this high load of the litterature while we do not learn how to apply them. But I have to mention that this view of mine concern the whole programme and not Lars"s course by any chance. I have a very optimistic point of view about the usage of this course in my future to come as I have talked to some students having this course with Lars in the past years.» (Too high)

- The course is good but i dont think it should have been mandatory as I am only in the program for the quality part.» (Adequate)
- The help for the projects should have been better» (Adequate)
- course literature was very boring, not to say it wasn"t educative» (Good)
- I loved the product development game.» (Good)
- Again, course was really good. Even though I still feel I miss the linkings between the areas. Eg, I know of a half dozen ways of organizing development work, but I can"t really see all linkings in between. But course was very good, except for the group work as stated.» (Good)
- good learning scope of product development. games and exercises were great help. plus, literature seminar is always interesting. » (Good)
- in comparison to germany» (Excellent)
- Very interesting subject, and the lectures complemented the literature in a stimulating way» (Excellent)

14. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- literature exams and lectures by Lars Trygg»
- Lean Development Game! It was brilliant! The other Workshop! And of course the literature seminars. I think this is the best way to transfer the material to the students. Although the literature seminar is not mandatory a lot of students participate regularly. Almost the whole group of students is very ambitious and use such a opportunity to get more insight to the material. The discussion in small groups with Lars were helpful and of big benefit. Keep it up! »
- i really liked the course, especially the games, topic report/8 pages was a good lenghts»
- the game are really good»
- Even though i attended only one litterature seminare I think the option of having them is great. It shows the dedication of the teachers and give the students a chance for deeper learning.»
- Literature Seminars Lean Game Workshop»
- The product development game, guest lectures.»
- Thel literature seminars»
- DFA workshop, literature seminars»
- literature seminars, games, guest lectures.»
- Seminar Reviews»
- The product development game »
- the litterature seminars»
- Workshops»
- the methodology and the structure of the course programm»
- 1)Topic Report 2)Two Games »
- The activities such as the game, the DFA analysis.»
- Seminars,team work and giving good lectures»
- the development game»
- more technical issues regarding product development, not just the way to behave in teams»
- - The games included in the course. they were so useful for me to get the real feeling of the topic in a practical way. - The literature seminars.»
- well the learning and teaching is ok »
- Case work, essay questions on the exam ad the game.»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- no need for changes»
- the book takes too much time to explain few things. Can be changed if there is a better one.»
- I cant think of anything at the moment.»
- Guest Lectures which do not focus on the subject and deviate too much, especially by consultants.»
- More importance of the topic report in the evaluation, insted of only 5 bonus points, if the examination is passed. Smaller groups for the topic reports, maybe 4 persons or 3, but the maybe always two groups with the same topic, that only present together, but write their own report.»
- Making own groups for the topic reports»
- Group work! Let the international students have mandatory courses in case writing, references, group work and more. Or at least have an individual case to start with so that you (teachers) get aware of, at least part of, the situation.»
- separate evaluation of students, individually, before assigning to group tasks, like topic reports, to ensure fairness during grading. »
- More opportunities for discussions (like Seminar Reviews)»
- Cannot really see anything to be changed»
- Sometimes the guest lectures are not so relevant or very related to the other part of the course»
- Nothing»
- 1)No compulsion in literature seminars. 2)Limitation of two pages per question in exam. »
- More lectures could be a good idea.»
- Teachers should be more warm-hearted and strict with students.»
- use the schedule function of the web page. It"s much easier when every course uses the same framework»
- Nothing in mind.»
- the teaching material is not sufficient and if possible add some more reference materials»

16. Additional comments

- Nothing against product development itself, it is certainly a great subject, but I took this program becuase it"s about operations management and quality management. The product development part should be optional for the students of this program, and not compulsory.»
- More Simulation exercises be added.»
- Thank you for this course!»
- Merry Christmas!!!»
- topic report preparation and process was very educative. but too much stress was put on swedish students by seeking for information and help on unfamiliar areas of learning. capability inequality of individuals makes group work extremely stressful and difficult, eg. command of english, comprehension, amount of time and energy contributed. this leads to unfair grading of individulas based on group performance. »
- nil»
- 1) Literature is excellent.»
- »
- it was good but i was expecting some thing more engineering than just how to choose teams to work with, this is not even industrial engineering, this is management»
- in general the course is very muuch interestng and for the future it is better to make it practical oriented »
