I have tought alot about the topics even after the course, and they have changed how i value different aspects of organizational change. but perhaps it would have been good to also have some sort of course textbook, or some more theory that would be the " right way" of doing things. The course participants will gain knowledge of strategy and change theories and quality inspired improvement approaches and an in-depth understanding of one more narrow area. They will also have an ability to critically view consultants packaging of change and improvement project offerings.

- Because of the nature of the examination it was a bit hard to prove to what extent one had understood the concepts.» (To some extent)
- The knowledge of strategy and change theories and quality inspired improvement approaches is not really tested even though it is very much discussed.» (To some extent)
- I don"t know if the examination (term paper) actually assess that the goal is reached but I think that the mandatory questions for the seminars and the active participation do so.» (To some extent)

- Some of the articles could be replaced. A bit clearer guidence when choosing topic. Now the boundaries were too loose and it was really hard to choose a good topic. A lot of time was therefore wasted in the beginning resulting in poorer quality.»

- I am not sure what I have actually learned during the course. The overall impression is that it was a bit too fuzzy and the different modules were somewhat loosely connected. Therefore I would not recommend the course but I would not warn anyone either.»

20. Do you have any additional comments?

- Time for reflection after the term paper should be given and guided. The seminars should be more controlled by the teacher. As it was now, some people took a lot of space. When having said too much, the teacher should be given athority too "silence" these in favor for other persons.»

- I think the emphasize on the course paper that we had to hand in was very low. it would be better if the lecturer talk about it during lectures to make sure that the progress is made in each group. Also I think the tutoring sessions were not so helpful mainly because the examinor of the course didn"t read the papers before the sessions, or even if he have read he didn"t have constructive suggestions for how to continue. he only answered the questions right away. Also I think that the literature seminars could be leaded better and more efficient so that some predetermined results may gained.»
