- Very fast pace during the lectures, you dont have time to understand what is brought up.» (No, the goals are set too high)
- For me that has a bachelor from Automation & Mechatronic it was hard to keep up in pace in the beginning. But I bought the the red "Elteknik" book and studied hard 2 weekends and efter that I was in the game again. » (No, the goals are set too high)

- It was a good exam that tested understanding and not math, great! The project was also good. It had been goód with an trial exam in week 4 or 5» (Yes, definitely)

- The lectures did not help very much. Confusing and bad slides with too many equations without explanation. I couldn"t keep track of what we were supposed to learn. Miguel has a great energy but it is a bit fast sometimes, and not very structured.» (Small extent)
- The lectures were very fast. A lot of assumptions were made that what we were learning was perhaps easy, easily understood, or simple. There was too much information that was went through too quickly, and it was impossible to keep up and even know what had just happened when the lectures were finished.» (Small extent)
- Miguel Ortega-Vazquez was a not so good teacher, unsecure and it seems like he was in a rush. Hossein was a good at the tutorials but very arrogant. Peiyuan Chen was among the best teachers ever! » (Some extent)

- Course material was pretty much useless. It was very few problems to solve but they were very complex. Would be much better if the problems where easier and more of them.» (Small extent)
- The compendium give some help in the learning process, but i think the compendium needs more explaining text and more explanations in terms of formulas. More info...» (Small extent)
- The handed out slides are very good to have, and easy to take notes by. The compendium is not very clear and has not solutions to some exercises.» (Some extent)

- Poor course material, to fast lectures and lack of time to solve problems and get help yourself.» (Poor)

- Interesting subject. Decicated lecturer (Miguel), his pedagogy will probably be better through more teaching experience. Tutor (Hossein) also very dedicated and skilful, but can be a bit stubborn and unwilling to answer questions.» (Good)

14. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- the main goals should be the same but the method of teaching should be different»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- the method of teaching in this course should be changed since the lecturer was very quick in his teaching to us and also he skips many steps in solution assuming that we know those steps which made the course defficult to be understood. Also in some lectures, another lecturers came to us for teaching and was very hard to understand them»
- Miguel could possibly talk a bit slower and don"t rush through the classes... Per was really hard to understand, bad English. Tuan was also hard to understand. Wang Feng is also hard to understand, and he is not as informed about the Power World software as Peiyuan. The Course literature isn"t very good.»
- Everything in Basic ...repet matrix before you go in to power flow...»

- There should be more general information about the course, schedule, main content of each lecture and clearer and easier understanding handout. And the additional material used in lecture»

- Some of the lessons could have been a bit better prepared, examples made on the blackboard should have been solved prior to avoid lots of mistakes and crossing outs. Also, the guy teaching about the transformers (Per Norberg or something?) Is probably a descent teacher (heard good things about from older students) but unfortunately his substandard english made the lessons quite hard to follow.»
- Some quizzes or a trial exam is essential for this course. Professor should not change (as it was for the transformer chapter). Students should become more familiar with the kind of exam and how to manage their during this long exam. »
- The instructions on how to set the parameters of Power World Simulater should have been clearer. The instructions should say this parameter goes here and so on. We(students) shouldn"t have to guess where the parameters goes, this took a long time in the beginning of the project.»

- Either course book should be required or a more detailed compendium. Some guidelines for the report structure could be useful (e.g. an example report illustrating the structure of reports written at Chalmers). Students from different countries have quite different views on how to write reports.»

- Try to upload all lecture notes and tutorial notes before the lectures. This is very important for students like me who prefer to not attend many lectures, but instead spending more time to read these notes.»

- I wrote the exam in august and the result from that exam was presented the day after this exam. That is very negligent towards the students»
