- Too many and too long problems in too little time to be fair assessment. Make it an oral exam or make more questions on fundamental understanding on the written exam? The student with the most expensive and best programmed calculator wins at the moment.» (To some extent)
- about exame i will say it is too tough with the time. especially when u make calculations.we are expeted to be tested to how to solve the question rather than testing our calculation speed.» (Yes, definitely)

- Course administration was sometimes a bit slow, for example dividing us into groups for the project work.» (Rather well)
- Pingpong is fine. They do need to make it possible to book the labs ELECTRONICALLY though (no more paper slips)!» (Very well)

- Problems during assignment 2. Main problem is plagiarism and adding sources like wikipedia to the referencelist which is not okej.» (Rather well)

- The first home task was good, too bad you don"t know how you did yet. The project work was just too much. Would be better with just an individual small paper or a smaller individual home task. The fact that you are supposed to mark other groups reports is just ridiculous. - The last week with the project was very hectic. If you don"t cancel the project for next year, have it earlier.» (High)
- I am also taking MCC060 which started earlier in period 3, so the workload was higher.» (Too high)

- It feels like I have done most of the things before, microwave engineering. » (Poor)
- I like the assignments that help to understand more clearly about microwave.» (Good)
- The "black box" approach is not really something I like, it gives little physical understanding. Improve connection between S-parameters (vs. freq) and small signal modeling? The core of the course is otherwise rather easy, with most of the problems being solved in a cookbook kinda way. The real problems come from being time-stressed on the written exam.» (Good)

- The lab was great! Good to try your designskills for real with fabrications.»

- Before assignment 2 it should be clearly stated what is okej and what is not okej with references´,, plagiarism etc. The consequenses (suspension etc.) should also be clearly stated.»

- In this course we must need a programmable calculator,so authorities should allow the computer to access matlab not the internet during the examination because every one can"t purchase the programmable calculator necessary to score good result.»

- ic, because you have Matlab, Cad and that kind of things. And then maybe you could have an more theoretical exam without the book, maybe just with a formula sheet. Because now its just "fucked" that you need to sit and make 10 programs too your calculate to be able to pass. And even if you have all the programs I didn"t have time to complete the exam. And then the semiconductur part I also think is bad. It would bin much better if we had say 20 theoretical things about semiconductors and then 5 of them was on the exam. I would really like to know what Jan has too say about the exam? Because I don"t think it"s the right way now. »
- Project work felt very messy, much due to the groups not working well. Several members didn"t show up at meetings etc.»

- The tutorial leader (K.E.) should be changed, he was just writing the question on board, and not explaining. more over he has copied solutions only. i feel he really lacks the knowledge of course. assignment 2 could be made better, if the topics r more specifc. like fabrication of some specific device, or limiting factor of a device. it is difficult to cover such a big topic in 15 mins. and difficult for student to grasp it» (den här kommentaren har blivit redigerad i efterhand)
- Group-work, I didn"t learn "anything". It would have 100 times better that we did the report by ourself. And that wouldn"t been any problem since we where not suppose to do that much. Instead of trying to convince my group different things I would gladly do it on my own. The exam... Why not instead make 4 "larger" assignments and have higher demands on them. And then you can sum that score. I think that would be much better since then you could do something much better and more realistic, because you have Matlab, Cad and that kind of things. And then maybe you could have an more theoretical exam without the book, maybe just with a formula sheet.
