- To some extend, but as we only got around 6-7 weeks to fulfill the work of one whole semester I can"t say that the examination assessed our full potential.» (To some extent)
- Väldigt osäkert bedöma ett så stort arbete med så mycket vikt på en presentation i slutet på 20 min där man var tvungen hasta sig genom allt.» (To some extent)

- Att inte få ett företag var oerhört frustrerande. Sen att inte få någon information om retaget var på gång eller liknande är under all kritik. Mycket dåligt skött.» (Rather badly)

- Both the company and Chalmers cared less about the project. It really felt as it was something that needed to be done, but no one wanted to be in contact with it.» (Rather poor)

- Hög, var konstatn stressad. Men berodde lika mycket på den andra kursen som på denna. Tyvärr verkar väldigt många examinatorer tro att man bara läser deras kurs. DÄrmed kan de ge nya uppgifter och information en till två dagar innan nåt händer. Om framförhållning i studierna krävs av oss studenter ska vi väl åtminstone ha all information och uppgifter tillgängliga så vi kan börja. Otropligt dåligt att inte ha kontroll på vilka som var med i kursen från början samt att inte företagen var ordnade så man kunde åka ut på en gång!!!» (High)

10. What is your judgement on the starting period at the company?

- I"m very glad this is not my first experience of an industrial company. When we, after 8 weeks, got to meet them, the computer was not fixed and we had no room to work in. After another 2 weeks we got a computer but no licens for the software. Eventually, after another week, we got the adwise to download the software from piratebay and work on our own computers...»
- It took some time to get in order but it worked very smoothly and we were one of the first groups to start our work.»
- På företaget var det jättebra, men om vi hade blivit uppstartade 8 veckor tidigare hade vi kanske kunnat hjort det ännu bättre.»
- Very late start, and we didn´,t even get a project description or a contact person at Ericsson until 7-8 weeks into the course. Poor communication between Ericsson and Chalmers! »

11. What is your judgement on the industrial envornment"s influence on your work?

- Nice to see how it works in the industry.»
- They have merely not influenced me at all as they didn"t bother to superwise us.»
- I do not fully understand the question but working in an industrial environment brought out the best in me and it was very educational. Something that every mastprogram should have.»
- Osäker på frågan? Menas företagsklimatet som vi mötte eller? I så fall så var dett ett väldigt bra klimat.»
- The company was not able to provide a licence for the necessary software so the work was conducted at Chalmers instead...»

12. What is your judgement on the industrial supervision?

- Tried to help us as much as possible, but all were too busy.»
- They didn"t care at all, and it was obvious!»
- Great! Five stars out of Five possible! They really made us feel comfortable and were always available if we needed guidance.»

- It was OK, we had possibilities to ask questions but the project and the goals were poorly and loosely defined.»

- Very excited about this course but did not at satisfy my expectation. The examiner didn´,t care at all about the opininon of the stydent of which company to work in. Difficult to be on the company at the same time due to other courses.» (Poor)

- The masters program, but rather without this course.»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Student choose company. Just this course and no other.»
- There are other interesting courses this period, consider switching to them. This course is helpless.»
- It would be good if the schedule of the students was considered when forming the groups. If all of the group members have different courses it might be very hard to be able to work together at the workplace for 20hr/week.»
- Företagen ska fixas innan kursen börjar!!!!! Ha kontroll över vilka som är med från början. Ha tillräckig med projekt redo!. Och låt inte folk byta grupp om du säger till vissa det är omöjligt medans det går hur bra som helst för andra!»
- The examiner should communicate better with the companies and be more involved when setting up the projects, to make sure there are projects which are clearly defined at the course start. I also think the course could be better advertised at the companies, to make them realize the potential value of having students make these projects. I got the impression they had very low expectations from the start and saw the course mainly as an exercise for us, not as something valueable for them.»
