- I take this course as an extra course over my two others. This yields that I do not spend so much time with this course now and I am planning on doing the exam in the retry-period instead.» (At most 15 hours/week)

- the exam focused on mathematical skills and guessing if one was not able to solve but not on understanding of the course content» (No, not at all)
- It felt like he wanted to trick us, to test our mathematical knowledge rather than our knowledge in Image analysis. » (No, not at all)

- but based on the old exams of the course I have studied so far I can say it mostly assess the theoretical part which in some cases determines if the student has a good understanding of concepts but some other questions are just mathematical calculations and are not able to assess if you really are able to use this course in practice » (I don"t know/have not been examined yet)

- Lectures and lecture notes were extremely unclear.» (Small extent)
- unfortunately despite the good knowledge the teacher had he was not able to share his knolewedge with students I believe every one can read the text book without attending classes but the reason for attending classes is that the teacher will read between the lines of the book for you nad make things clear and show you the practical application of the concepts in the book teacher should play the main part and the book should be the reference but unfortunately the teacher on this course was not able to share his knowledge with us and we had to just read the book » (Small extent)
- To me the lectures did not seem to give any extra guidance not in the course book.» (Small extent)
- Artur is not the best at the pedagogical, and his lectures are unfortantly not that good.» (Some extent)

- the book is quite expensive, and offer only moderatly more information than wikipedia ...» (Small extent)
- the materials were very well organised and useful but I need some one to guide me through all these things and show me the best and useful way. so because I did not received such guide I was lost between all the lectures and book pages » (Some extent)

- we could not ask questions because the answer of the lecturer always made the case worst.» (Rather poor)
- again there was the problem of communicating with the teacher he was full of knowledge but he couldn"t make him self understood but he did his best to help us» (Rather good)

- we tried to exchange our knowledge over the parts because we couldn"t get anything from class so we had to as for each others opinion on the concept after studying the course book which in some cases led to a wrong conclusion » (Very well)

- the labs were very easy, and no challenge at all, the later labs were just more reading and more coding, but not more difficult ..» (Too low)
- there was no pressure on us and teacher was were kind to let us have necessary time to work on the projects and lab reports » (Adequate)
- to get an acceptable grade in this years exam may workload should have been higher, but you never know before...» (Adequate)

- The course itself is very interesting but the lectures won"t help at all. I really prefer to have Alexandre Romeo to be the lecturer of this course.» (Fair)
- the study material could have been better (maybe in latex) - i think that would also had helped to have a better structure of the slides - a generall template when approaching a new topic would be nice, sth like: Problem: , Solution-class: .. , Mathematical background, areas where to apply ,advantages/disadvantages, -- sth like this for every method so that one can easier relate between them ... i know its a lot of work to rewrite the lectures and structure them but i think it would be worth it ..» (Fair)

- The lecture notes. I think it is great to have good preprepared lecture notes to use in the lectures. It is much easier to understand when you do not have to write while you are listening. It is also very good to be able to download the lecture notes if you were sick or had another lecture to attend at the same time.»

- Lecturer.Please change him. He is a nice man and may know image analysis very well but is definitely a bad lecturer. »

- the way the course is tought I think there should be at least one small practical project for each subject and teacher tries to do it with students to make that subject understood and let the student to learn the practical use of that concept not just the mathematical demonstrations »

- Prepare the lectures a little better. Sometimes it seems that Arturs Matlab-sessions and demo-sessions not always worked the way he intented, which could be solved with a little preparation.»

- More calculating examples during lectures, there where almost only fact and formulas that where given during lectures but not so many examples how to use them and then I mean how to use them when calculating by hand and not with matlab. when examples where presented almost always the solutions was just presented and no explanations where given. »

- I had never had such bad lectures and unclear lecture notes during my studies!!»
- the lectures are slow, monotonic and not that easy to understand (mainly english problems)»

- The exam was a total schock and the course was so hard to understand»
- correct the labs in a clearer way: i had one really small mistake in one lab and it was rejected but in another one my algorithm produced really wrong results (i realized while studying the topic for the exam) but it was accepted!»
- Some of the labs took 1 hour solve. Too easy.»
