Exhibition halls - connect your ideas to any or all of the six exhibits

Please note possibilities, suggestions for improvement, MC2 connections, collaboration ideas!

1. Water"s Way

2. Deadly Beauties

3. Aquarium Hall

4. Rainforest

5. Kaleido - from microcosmos to macrocosmos

6. Explora - people and technology

- I think everybody has a stronger interest in understanding things that affect our daily life, like the internet. So my obvious suggestion is a fiber-based transmission experiment, which comes up with some highlights: under-sea cables all around the world - the light is in the tiny core, wavelength division multiplexing (maybe with laboratory kits in the visible range), digital modulation - the laser is switch on and off 10 billion times per second(!), how long does it take to transmit an encyclopedia or DVD(?), etc.»

Projects for high school students

Today, at Universeum, as guides for theme visits from school classes.

7. What possibilities do you see for supporting other forms of highschool projects together with Universeum?

Shows in Universalen or smaller stages

What themes would you like to see here, or at Chalmers?

8. Ideas for content of new shows that relate to your own field?

Other input

9. I also want to suggest:

- In my opinion, Universeum is not really targeting someone. Teenager and adults might feel under challenged while children are not addressed consistently. I was missing the “,aha-experience”, when interesting information is added to what you see. It can be a minor detail which makes a museum visit memorable.»

10. Your name (optional)

so that we can continue discussions about your ideas together.
