- At the beginning of the course I attended the lectures, but I soon realized that the main porpuse of the lectures was to state what pages descrribed each example. I do not want to get information of what is written on each page, I rather want to learn about the core issues described in the text book. Therefore, I did not attend at classes.» (25%)

- I think the questions of the exam should be more focused on information given in the text book. I actually did not see the relationship between some of the articles provided and the information in the book as well as the goals of the course. The book is very good, so make better use of it.» (To some extent)
- Very tricky and general questions, it was really hard know if I gave the right answer or not. The answer could have been almost anything.» (To some extent)

- The information given during lectures was very limited, almost equal to none. The only information we got was a statement of what is mentionaed at what page in the book. I do not need a lecture to understand that. » (Small extent)
- You have to think in beforehand of a couple of things you want to convey during each lecture! Not just end them out into the open space!» (Small extent)
- The lectures could have been much more related to the service profit chain book. The book is really interesting, so use the book during the lectures and do not just give say which pagenumbers that are relevant.» (Some extent)
- The teaching was good and helped with the reading of the literature. But the teaching could have contained more examples related to the literature. Also the excersises were good, but the questions could have been more distinct and on a higher level.» (Large extent)

- The text book was one of the best ones this master programme has used so far. Unfortunatley, to much emphasis was put on the articles provided, which I do not think provide a good knowledge of service management. Anyhow, it does provide a good knowledge of Jan Bröchner"s studies, which I do not think reflect the course goals very well.» (Great extent)

- The service profit chain is very interesting! The articles and the 36 cases book were also interesting, but not as good as the main book.» (Great extent)

- Mainly because of the large amount of pages needed to be read and understood. I personnaly think that the text book would be enough, since it contains much valuable information. As opposed from articles and the nordic FM examples.» (High)

- Create a red thread! I don"t mean a better red thread I mean A read thread! There were no... You loose yourself in the fact that you are doing this course every year.» (?)

- Skip all articles and the nordic FM book. They do not provide any additional valuable information.»
- Develop the exercises more and make them better, those are a really good idea. But they were on a too low level and given too little time.»
