- Since we had different teachers every week, of course the style varied but on the whole good quality and synchronization. I"m happy. » (75%-100%)

- few lectures and many cases which we get no feedback on. All we learn we learn our selfs and then we don"t know if the stuff we learn is correct» (Negative)
- But quite diffuse, did not realy no how to start study on my own» (Positive)
- Some of the weeks was very stressful with all the literature and the group works. I do understand that the group works was there to test our implementation of the theory but some weeks was so stressful that I didn"t even have time time to read the literature till after the group work! That is why it is important to have the material up in advance. A suggestion is to put up all the articles on the student portal in the beginning of the course. » (Positive)
- Some lecturers were better than other and sometimes the work load was not what I had expected.» (Very positive)
- The last week (service quality) was overloaded with 4 chapters reading. The problem was not 4 chapters, but the way the book is written. It says a lot, but nothing! Too many words! and some of the repetitive, and too much focus on Shouldice, with only 1 informative lecture. In week 3 (Lars) there was lots of information, but very scattered and we had to read many thing to get the integration.» (Very positive)

- Differs from week to week. Special thumbs up for Lars Trygg and Idas weeks.» (Some extent)
- In week 2 (quality management) and week 3 (Lars) and week 7 most things were dependent on our own reading. But in other weeks lectures were helpful.» (Large extent)

- Sometimes a bit late. Would be good if you can the weekend too read literature for the upcoming week.» (Rather well)
- Isn"t it better to upload the handouts and slides before the lecture? or it should be after that? because then we can print them out and write the notes beside each slide. In some cases, like week 7 (service) the slides were a bit different, and although he said he would upload them, he has not so far.» (Rather well)

7. What is your overall impression of the weekly course?

- Week 2: Bergman"s lecture very short. Week 3 (Lars): Lecture not useful Week 7: not good at all. 1 lecture, 1 written report on Wednesday, 1 powerpoint on Friday.»

- Weekly themes. It gives the students a good overview of the content within the different areas in QOM. I even think the themes are linked together in a good way.»
- The tools training with Sverker which was very useful. The concept of having weekly assignments that is handed in every Friday so that the weekends are free from the group. The company visits and lectures besides the IKEA lecturer. »

11. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Some of the classes are having the same contents, coordinate the classes.»

- Give guiding grades for each week so that you know if you need to work harder before the exam.»

- I would like to get the results of the weekly cases earlier than we received them. We are in week 7 now and only 2 resluts has been received. »
- Add fundamental literature to the operations strategy week.»
- Giving feedback to group assignments. Now that I am writing this, I have received the feedback only for week 2 (Andreas) and week 5 (Ida). This is the last week of the course. Many Students are dissatisfied with this. Handouts and slides before the lecture on the student portal. Additional material uploaded quickly. In Service week, reduce the workload for 1st lecture and add another lecture, and assign only 1 group assignment with report and power point.»

- Literature seminars should be done in small groups and absolutely not in duscussion with the whole class. It would be very good to have the same size of groups as the regular ones, but at she seminars mix the original groups because you often have already discussed with your own group while solving the case.»
- Remove the IKEA lecturer because he wasn"t aware about the class"s orientation in Quality and Operations management and because he was doing too much commercial for the company. Also, Mats Winroth and Alexander Styhre would better if they were more prepared for their week. Operations Strategy is interesting but the teachers were not prepared, they didn"t seem to know details about the assignment, or the structure of the week in the beginning of the week which influence the uncertainty feeling in the class. »
- The Operation Strategy week was not good at all. No clear information of what should be handen in and how.»

- There are many of projects to handle during the course. All the group members are putting efforts on projects. Since there is a hard workload, there should be other ways to evaluate the students rather than exams. This is not a mathematics course and people can not memorize 1000 pages. At least the content should be narrowized and the path shoud be much more clear for students to study. May be 30 questions should be delivered before and 10 of them will be asked. Another suggestion is to make quizes in every week or in every second week. But in any case the lecturers should emphasise on important points instead of just passing through their slides. And not many of them did this during 6 weeks period.»

- The week with mats winroth and the other dude as really bad. There was like no preparations from the teachers at all. Bad format of the week»
- Thank you Ida for being precise, supportive, and being helpful at the start of each week. Thanks for your week, which I liked it a lot.»
- The course has been a good start of the Master and I"m looking forward getting more information in the upcoming year. »
- It is a good way of starting this masterprogram in order to get a good overwieu of QOM.»
- Since lecturers are wise people they can understandt who participate or not within a group, there are many ways to understand and check it. Also, the groups are shaped by the lecturers so if some one does not participate, other members will let lecturer to know this. So there should be a change examination style, since it makes people stress and chenges them unsocial creatures at least for 2-3 weeks. Secondly, boda borg trip was nice for people but there should be more activities in every 2-3 weeks where people have more time to get familier. »
