- This is the part where this course could be improved a lot! To some extent, the students in the different improvement projects should act as management consultants. This is virtually the only course offering a complete experience that could be somewhat similar to that field. We need more inspirational lectures by people that have done the same thing! Furthermore it is necessary to have sort of refreshing lectures. Why not ask Carl and Christian from the Lean production course to have a 4 hour lecture about lean. Someone could have a service management lecture just to keep the interest and overall knowledge to a certain degree! also, time-keeping and scheduling tools should be taught so that they could be used properly. Everyone have seen a gantt scheme but no one can use it properly!s» (Small extent)

- I took 45 hp during the spring so it is hard for me not to say that it wasn"t high workload. However, if i hadn"t taken the extra courses my feeling is that the workload would be percieved low.» (High)
