- i am phd student, so i only did obligatory tasks in course and exam» (At most 15 hours/week)
- Dock väldigt ojämnt fördelat. I början lite sen fick vi allt på en gång vilket gjorde man la andra kurser åt sidan å ägnaade mycke tid åt denna. Men ett snitt på 20 timmar kanske.» (Around 20 hours/week)

- I think the exam does not include many topics of the course. the time was not enough. I think we should have a time for thinking and applying our ideas in the exam. » (No, not at all)

- ut på pingpong eller dyl eftersom det inte är mitt fel att kurser krockar och att jag inte kan komma på alla lektioner. » (Small extent)
- Föreläsningarna har givit viss guidning till att lära sig kursen men aqtt ha alllt på power point hjälprt tyvärr inte mycket. Räknestugorna som ska vara till för att lära oss sakre har vart dåliga. Räkneövningsledaren kunde inte engelska tillräckligt bra, hans lösningar på tavlan upplevdes stundtals som ologiska och ställde man frågor så fick man ofta inte svara. Övningarna kunde helt klart vart mycket bättre med en mer strukturerad lösnignsförfarande. Och dessutom borde alla räknestugor dvs ALLA läggas ut på pingpong eller dyl eftersom det inte är mitt fel att kurser krockar och att jag inte kan komma på alla lektioner. » (Small extent) (den här kommentaren har blivit redigerad i efterhand)

- Very good lectures! However both Jan and Omid need to learn to write clearly on the board! I refuse to beleive that this is not possible. =) It would make things so much easier for the students!» (Large extent)
- Especially when there were examples shown in the lectures. In the exercises Omid was a littlebit too fast at times, but when questions were asked about solutions he explained much better the second time.» (Great extent)

- Ping pong är väldigt rörigt och svårt att använda. Speciellt när inte föreläsaren själv har koll på det.» (Very badly)
- Detta kunde skötas mycket bättre! Att förutsätta att man kan släppa allt för att hemuppgifterna kommer ut sent är väldigt ologiskt. Speciellt eftersom vi tidigt bad om att få dem utgivna då vi ville planera våra studier. Och snälla ska ni använda pingpong lär er själva hur det fungerar först. Det har varit en total katastrof. Allt har vart en enda röra. Information saknats är sen eller så hittar man den inte. Är extremt svårt att planera ens studier när det är på detta sättet Dessutom bör ALL information postas på internet att bara säga vissa saker på föreläsningar å sen förutsätta att alla kan gå på dem är bara idiotiskt. Dessutom borde lösningar till uppgifterna i boken länkats tidigare så man hade kunnat veta om man tänkte rätt eller inte när man räknade. » (Very badly)
- One thing was that we only had one week to finish HA 2.» (Very badly)
- In the beginning we had nothing to do. Not even the schedule was complete in the beginning, so we could not plan anything. And in the last week we got a project to finish before the exam. Why couldn"t we have started this some weeks earlier when we had the time? The worst administration ive seen at Chalmers in my 4 years here.» (Very badly)

- Except I did the labs with someone lacking fundamental m-wave knowledge and suddenly this person dropped off the course without saying a word leaving me alone on the measurement lab.» (Very well)

- But assignments being handed out late made the workload uneven and made it impossible to plan ahead. Especially the last assignment, alhough a good assignment, messed up the last week where I would have liked to fokus on the exam. If I would have known beforehand how much work it was going to be I could have planned differently. That the exam was on monday did not help either.» (Adequate)
- Överlag har den vart ok. Men extremt ojämnt fördelad. Sista veckan innan tentan lämnar man definitivt inte ut nya hemupggifter samt kommer på att alla ska läsa allas rapporter. Detta visar enbart på tron att alla studenter enbart läser en kurs och kan släppa allt på en gång och ta tag i en ny uppgift så sent.» (Adequate)
- The course workload was adequate , but it was better if the visit to the company was in the 2-3 first weeks of the course.» (Adequate)

- Detta på grund av den dåliga framförhållningen vad gäller projektet. Förstörde en hel del att det släpptes så sent m.m.» (Fair)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Allt förutom boken och laborationerna.»
- Hand out home assignments earlier, or at least tell how they will work earlier. Have the exam later in the examweek. Hand out more old exams.»

- The first idea with peer-review should had been good, now there were only a few number of questions during the presentation. One idea is that, each group review one other group"s work, and by doing so keeping the review part but lowering the workload. Then the review can be a part of the grade for the assignment. It also allows the whole group to be part of the presentation, not only 2-3 persons from each group. The evaluation during the presentation must be anonymous and the result should be handed out after the class was done, not during break, as it was this time.»
- Kanske överväga en ny examinationsform? Som det är nu så handlar tentan mer om hur mycket pengar man har att köpa en bra miniräknare för. Jag kan ärligt säga jag har inte råd med 1600 på en miniräknare som vissa i klassen har köpt vilket gör att jag fick mycket mindre tid per uppgift på tentan då jag var tvungen programmera min miniräknare helt själv. Kan ärligt säga att jag ahde alldeles för lite tid på tentan. Hann inte göra alla uppgifter och de jag hann göra hann jag inte kontrollräkna någonting alls på. Bättre kursinformationshantering räknestugorna borde förbättras enormt! Förstod nästan ingenting av vissa av dem.»
- The course could actually include more assignments or labs since in real life you would use matlab and not a TI-calculator. It"s rather silly that the final exam is totally dependent on wether you have a programmable calculator with all the programs or not. More focus could be directed to fundamental understanding on the exam.»
- More info on Ha 2, better course administration through Ping Pong, bonus points from HA to get to the "passed" level on the exam easier.»
- Make sure you always have a good pen so that your writing can be seen! (And practice your hand writing! =) ) A slight change to the exam would be good! (See comment below!)»
- Second project should start earlier. It should be less important to be able to buy or borrow and expensive calculator. Try to avoid clashes with the Wireless Communications course which is recommended for MPMPE students. This year, the exams were very close to each other and many lectures were concurrent.»
- The exam, maybe it would be better with no exam at all as the course material demands a computer with matlab. Why not do more homeassignements instead?»
- i would say about exercise classes. teacher of this exercise class is needs to improve. he solved very few number of mathematical problems and that made our life tough.he did not use his time and did some easy problems in class but in examination problems were not so easy.so i would request to take this exercise classes into consideration.i have not found any interest in exercise classes. » (den här kommentaren har blivit redigerad i efterhand)

- I appreciated the visit to Omnisys very much. It was good to visit a company other than Ericsson and Saab/Ruag.»
- this course was really interesting and the course book was also very good. though there were some time wasting in exercise classes.however, i did learn something and that will surely help me in near future.»
- A little unclear from the beginning how the points form the different assignments was added to the final score tho it"s a good idea to average the score like that.»
- I think the exam questions was harder than what was solved in the tutorial as typical exam problems of last year. It is better to solve harder questions in tutorials.»
- It was VERY much writing at the exam, which made me very stressed!! Perhaps the exam could be done in a way that less writing is required? I was writing continously until the end of the exam and had hardly any time to consider the problems. »
