- There were no teaching,and that was the main problem.We were supposed to read a book and come to studios and start working,but we all the time faced the things which were differetn from what we have read because of that we needed lectures but there no lectures.» (?)

- In order to solve some of the excerices we had to use Google and wikipedia to find the relevant information. I think that is pretty bad.» (Some extent)

- The webpage was almost never updated and the administration of the hand ins was poorly handled.» (Very badly)
- Didn"t know what part the "teacher" had in this course. Didn"t learn me anything, web page functioned slow, exercises were poorly prepared.» (Very badly)
- The homepage wasn"t updated regularely. This was though compensated by serveral emails. I still prefer the use of the homepage.» (Rather badly)

9. How was the studio organized, electronic equipment, compononets, overview?

- Lack of components lead to slow progress in the lab assignments.»
- Too little of some components. Some times the number of compnents was so small that the students had to cooperate in groups of six when we were supposed to do it in groups of two or three.»

- Two lab assistants were not enough since help could not been found elsewhere, not in the book or in any lectures (since there were only two).» (Rather poor)
- The tutors were very good. However it was hard for them to have the time to help everyone. I would reckommend that you have an examinator that really knows the subject so the students feel comfortably in asking him. I dont think that was the case, unfortynately, in this course.» (Rather good)
- But since we only had reading as information source, to much time got spent on asking basic questions.» (Rather good)

- plan the literatures for each exercise, before the exercise student should have an overview »

- I can see why the course is needed, in order to learn how to build hardware and such. However, if you dont have any previous programming or hardware knowledge it might be hard to pass.»

- The lab handouts and a more structured course.»

- 1. More basic understanding for programming and hardware 2. Start off with the textile excercises. 3. Make sure the excerceses work BEFORE handing them out to the studens. A good question to be asked is, Is it doable with in the time limits of the course.»

- working with only one type of micro controller should be changed to different types of micro controller»
- Pretty much everything. Prepare the labs better, in order to not waste students" time.»

- There has be lectures for this course The tutors should be always accessible and also they should know what the work is about.Our tutors weren"t that much helpful because they didn"t know what the work is about and what the real goal of this work is. The goal of each exercise has to be clarified.Most of the times we have done something which was not the intended goal .»
- Clearer descriptions for the exercises, send out the questions in good time before next weeks exercises. Be clear on how many points that give which grade.»
- Better information on what we were supposed to do. More lectures, better introduction to the different electronics we were supposed to use, and how we were allowed to solve the problems.»
